All within our organization are committed to the success of each student who attends our school. We host fundraisers that help support needed programs and equipment for our school. Together, we work on issues that directly affect each child at our school. We believe that the more involved parents and guardians are in their child’s education, the more successful that child will be. Get involved today!

A Message from Our PTO President

Hello! My name is Nicole Steenbock, and I am the PTO president for the 2020–2021 school year. My husband, Jeff, and I live in the district along with our two sons, Will (sixth grade) and Aaron (third grade). We love Westmont Elementary, and we are proud and lucky to have our children attend this school.

I became involved in the PTO because I wanted to help make a difference in providing the best overall educational experiences for our children. In a typical year, the PTO provides funds to support outdoor education, field trips, classroom supplies, various upgrades around the building, and so much more. We can all agree that this is far from a typical year as we work through the COVID pandemic.

The PTO is 100% committed to being fully transparent on what our expenses are throughout the year. Fundraising is also different this year as we are unable to do typical fundraisers. Keep an eye out for some Westmont nights at local restaurants. We are always looking for more parents to join us and bring their ideas to the table.

We meet the first Monday of each month (unless it is a holiday) at 6:00 p.m. This year we are meeting via Zoom, so please contact the PTO if you would like to receive the Zoom link to attend.

I know that we have pretty amazing parents here—we would love to have you as part of our team! Feel free to follow the PTO on Facebook for our latest upcoming event information. Please feel free to contact me personally should you have any questions.
